Yes, to access the online application an E-ID is essential.

Refer to Clause 4, Target Participants. The target applicants for the scheme are divided into two categories:  Sport Specialisation & Academic or Vocational Qualification. Those who choose to apply for an Academic or Vocational Qualification, the course modules
should be 60% focused on Sports only.

Additionally, only PDF documents should be attached to the application. The applicant has the option of choosing up to five (5) Recognised Institutions, just if it is recognised by the MFHEA. Please note, that no changes to the list of Institutions are accepted after the closing date.
