Yes. The Portfolio needs to be prepared before you start the application. The size should not be more than 3 MB. If you are a performer, type the showreels URL (not more than 3 pieces taking up 10 minutes in total) on a Word document then save it as a PDF, while if your course is more visual a PDF document showing at least three different works should suffice.
The applicant shall choose the course of study. The application allows the applicant to select up to five (5) different institutions that must be recognised by the MFHEA. Please refer to Sections 4 & 5, Types of Scholarships & Tenure and Placement, in the Regulations.
No. Please note, by the extended deadline on the 27th of September 2024, the applicant must forward one Unconditional Letter of Acceptance from an institution mentioned in the application.
One must write the exact name of the course, the name of the institution, the modality, the start date, and the end date in the application.

No, late applications are not considered by the ASSB. Moreover, the link for the online application shuts down on the closing date and is automatically removed from the website.

Once an application is submitted one cannot add documents through the application portal but one is recommended to send them via email: artsscholarships.meyr@gov.mt
All performing Artist are requested to do an audition approximately 10 minutes long. An interview will follow afterwards. Those who are going to dance are advised to bring their own music player. Music accompaniments should be sought by the applicant. Only piano and drums are provided in the Venue so those who are playing an instrument must bring their own instrument.
Auditions may not be taken online or remotely (The Applicant has to be physically present at the designated premises).
The ASSB and MEYR are not liable for any damages or injury that may occur during auditions.
