ACHIEVE 360

Achieve 360 – Excellence in Sport and Education 2025 (the ‘Scheme’) is intended to support students pursuing a post-secondary course leading to the Matriculation Certificate, while simultaneously undertaking structured training in their Sport discipline at the Mediterranean College of Sport (MCS).

This Scheme is administered by the Scholarships Unit within the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation (MEYR).

General Regulations

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

 The Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation (MEYR) is committed to enhancing and widening the existing system of scholarships to support more students and ease the financial burden incurred especially in cases where students pursue their academic ambitions in alongside their chosen field of sport.

The need has long been recognised to assist students following a post-secondary Matriculation certificate course together with a high-performance Sport programme based in Malta. To date, the only institution offering this dual pathway is the Mediterranean College of Sport (MCS). Which will serve as the training base for those high-performance student – athletes who aim to excel and compete at international level.

This Scholarship Scheme has been established to fund tuition fees for eligible students attending this institution, covering tuition per annum for a period of two academic years.

The Scheme shall be awarded to the first twenty (20) eligible students on the final ranking list.

Students who successfully complete the programme shall l be awarded a certification in their sport specialization and the Matriculation Certificate
